Layman's thinking

Lay man's Thinking*

An engineer in a car manufacturing company designs a world class car.
The owner is impressed with the outcome and praised him a lot.
While trying to bring out the car from the manufacturing area to the office they realised that the car is few inches taller than the entrance.
The engineer felt bad that he didn't noticed this one before creating the car.
The owner was amazed on how to take it outside of the manufacturing area.
The painter said that they can bring out the car and there will be few scratches on top of the car that he will do the tinkering later on.
The engineer said that they can break the entrance and after taking the car out, they can cement it.
The owner was not convinced with any ideas and felt like it is a bad sign to break or scratch.

*The watchman* was watching all these drama and slowly approached the owner.
He wanted to give an idea if they have no problem.
They thought what this guy would tell them that the experts could not give.

Watchman said that *The car is only few inches taller than the entrance so if they release the AIR in the tyre, the height of the car will be adjusted and can be easily taken out.*

Everyone clapped!!

*LESSON :*
```Don't encounter problems from the expert point of view.
There is always a``` *LAYMAN point* ```that will gives the best solution in a given point of time...```
••••••• •••••••• •••••••••
Life issues are also same.
Many a time a friend's entrance door fall short by few inches, we feel taller!!
Release some air (ego) and adjust the height.
Think  simple...
Do simple...
& Live simple.
Each gives what he has
Back in the days when Germany was divided, a huge wall separated East and West Berlin. One day, some people in East Berlin took a truck load of garbage and dumped it on the West Berlin side.
The people of West Berlin could have done the same thing, but they didn't. Instead they took a truck load of canned goods, bread, milk and other provisions, and neatly stacked it on the East Berlin side.
On top of this stack they placed the sign:
 *“EACH GIVES WHAT HE HAS"*
How very true! You can only give what you have.
My dear friend, what do you have inside of you? Is it hate or love? Violence or peace? Death or life?
What have you acquired over the years?
 Is it capacity to build or capacity to destroy?
 Is it ability to make money or steal money?
Is it ingenuity to develop good things that will benefit mankind or ability to bomb those good things that others have labored to build?
*"EACH GIVES WHAT HE HAS"*
Think about it.
Wishing you a blissful day.
Meditation
Once there was a farmer who discovered that he had
lost his watch in the farm. It was not an ordinary watch
because it had
sentimental value for him.
After searching the hay for a long while, he gave up
and call the help of a group of children playing outside the barn.
He promised them that, the person who found it, would
be rewarded.
Hearing this, the children hurried inside the barn, went
through and around the hay but still could not find the
watch. Just when the farmer was about to give up
looking for his watch, a little boy went up to him and
asked to be given another chance.The farmer looked
at him and thought, “Why not.? After all, this kid looks
sincere enough.”
So the farmer sent the little boy back in the barn. After
a while the little boy came out with the watch in his
hand.
The farmer was happy and surprised and so he asked
the boy how he succeeded where the rest had failed.
The boy replied, “I did nothing but sit on the ground
and listen. In the silence, I heard the ticking of the
watch and just looked for it in that direction”
*MESSAGE* : A Peaceful mind can think better than a
Worked up mind. Allow a few minutes of Silence to your
mind every day, and see, how sharply it helps u to set
your life the way you expect it to be.
*MORAL* :
*The SOUL Always Knows What to do to Heal Itself...*
*The Challenge is to SILENCE The MIND…*
Advice from Jack Ma
Great advice from the Richest person in China Mr. Jack Ma.
Jack Ma says, "Please tell your children that the world is changing every day and no one is going to wait for you in the past. When lighter was invented, matches slowly disappeared. When calculator was created, abacus was to fade away. When digital camera was designed, the market of negative film no longer existed. When direct market selling/internet-based selling arises, traditional marketing declines. When smartphone with 4G (wireless internet access) was introduced to the world, you no longer need to turn on your computer at home. When WeChat and WhatsApp (mobile text/voice/video messaging) are developed, traditional text messaging is no longer as popular as before.
Let's not to blame "Who took over Whose business." It's only because people are more adjustable and adaptable to new ideas and changes in the world.
Someone asks Jack Ma, "What is your secret for success?" He says, "Really simple...I am doing (action) while you're only watching."
Please remember that the world keeps changing every day. If you don't change, you'll be left behind. You reap what you sow with your time. If you spend time to drink, you may become an alcoholic. If you spend time to complain, you may become a blamer. If you spend time to beautify yourself, you may become a pretty girl/handsome guy. If you spend time to stay healthy, you may enjoy a healthy good life. If you spend time to be picky, you may become a 'mean' person. If you spend time to learn, you may gain wisdom. If you spend time with your family, you may foster a warm and loving relationship with your loved ones.
Change a bit everyday to be a changed person.
Letter from school on exams
Dear Parent :
The exams of children are to start soon. I know you'll are really anxious for your child to do well but please do remember, amongst the students who will take the exams is an artist who doesn't need to understand Math. There's an entrepreneur who doesn't care about History or English literature. There's a musician whose Chemistry marks won't matter.
There's a sportsperson whose physical fitness is more important than Physics. If your child does get top marks then great. But if he or she doesn't then don't take away their self confidence from them. Tell them it's ok, it's just an exam. They are cut out for much bigger things in life. Tell them, no matter what they score you love them and will not judge them.
Please do this and if you do, watch your children conquer the world. One exam or a 90 percent won't take away their dreams and talent.
HTDO
Mathews, a hotshot sales manager, on a Sunday evening, was in the parking lot of a shopping mall. The parking lot was packed. Cars were crawling with anxious drivers looking for that one vacant slot. Mathews, sharp and aggressive as he was known to be, spotted a vacant space ahead and quickly zoomed in.  He could see another car trying to reverse into the same slot, but Mathews was determined to beat the other man to it.  And he did ! Mathews felt jubilant – as we all sometimes do with life’s little victories.  The old man driving the car was disappointed. He looked Mathews in the eye and continued his search for another parking slot.
Two days later, Mathews was preparing for one of the biggest moments of his career.  He was close to winning a big contract for his company.  And all that was left now was the formal handshake meeting with the client’s CEO.  As Mathews walked into the client’s office and saw the CEO, he felt a sudden sense of discomfort.  Yes, it was the same man from whom he had snatched the parking slot on Sunday.  And you can guess what happened thereafter.  Alas ! If only Mathews had grown up with the HTDO habit !
So whats HTDO ?
It has probably happened to you before.  As you walk towards the door of an office, or a hotel, the person walking in front holds the door open for you.  Remember how good it made you feel – if only for that moment.
Isn’t it surprising that although we all feel good when someone holds the door open for us, we seldom do the same for other ? How come ?
It’s probably because we are all preoccupied with ourselves and obsessed with getting ahead.  Here, then, is a life-changing lesson they don’t teach you in any B school – ‘Hold The Door Open’.
The world can be divided into two types of people. Those who push open a door, walk through and let it slam behind them.  That’s the 99% of the population.  And there’s the 1% who hold it open to allow the next person to walk through.  Learn to do that, and you too could join the select 1% club.  HTDO doesn’t merely make other people feel good. It makes you feel good too. HTDO translates into a behaviour of helping and caring.
Winning in life is less about naked ambition and more about helping other people win.
Someone once said, “It’s nice to be important. But it’s more important to be nice”
Make a beginning. Hold The Door Open.
